| Collection Fees
- Most clients choose to be billed on a contingency fee basis, however
hourly rates are available.
- Contingency fees vary with the volume of placement. Please contact us to
obtain our rates.
- There are no additional collection fees added to litigation accounts.
Court Costs
- The client is responsible for advancing all Court costs prior to suit
being filed.
Remittance
- Collections are remitted back to the client on monthly Net basis.
Implementation Costs
- Faloni & Associates will absorb all costs of implementation.
