David A. Faloni, Jr. is Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Faloni & Associates, a leading law firm handling creditors' rights issues for clients throughout the State of New Jersey.

David practices in retail and commercial collections and litigation. He manages a variety of consumer and commercial collection portfolios for clients including credit cards, auto deficiencies, student loans and medical accounts.

Through the use of technology and innovation, David has streamlined the firm's collection process enabling the firm to best serve large volume clients. This has resulted in not only higher, but also faster liquidation rates. Faloni & Associates has grown to become one of the top collection firms in New Jersey and one of the top fifty collection firms nationwide.

David also provides services to clients including comprehensive estate planning, probate, real estate, and litigation. He serves as lead attorney and direct supervisor for associate lawyers, paralegal and legal assistants. David provides legal advice to clients, manages document preparation and reviews fact specific areas of real property, estate planning, and estate administration including revocable and irrevocable trusts and wills.

He is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), the National Attorney Network (NAN), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Federal Bar of New York and New Jersey, Passaic County Bar Association, Special Civil Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

David is admitted to practice in the following courts: Supreme Court of New Jersey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, United States District Court, and the Southern District of New York.

Born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, he received his J.D. in 1995 from Thomas Cooley Law School and upon graduation, joined the Law Offices of Faloni & Associates.

David concentrates his practice in creditors' rights, personal injury and real estate law. He manages a variety of consumer and commercial collection portfolios for clients including credit cards, installment loans, promissory notes, auto deficiencies, education loans, bad checks and medical accounts.

For the last twenty-five years, David has worked hand-in-hand with clients to help them achieve their objectives. In the area of personal injury, he has represented hospital clients in disputes with HMOs. Since 2004, David has orchestrated settlements on behalf of his clients resulting in awards of $500,000, $900,000+ and in excess of $1,000,000.

He is a member of the Commercial Bar, the National Attorney Network (NAN), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), the Passaic County and Essex County Bar Associations.

Active in his community, David served for many years as President and Vice President of his local Lions Club International. In addition to his role as President of Faloni & Associates, David serves on the firm's pro bono, finance and benefits committees.

Born in Montclair, New Jersey, David received his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He founded the firm in 1982 after performing criminal audits for the Internal Revenue Service and practicing law with another firm in Passaic County.
